CheRhonda M. Greenlee is an accomplished executive operations and strategy leader with more than 20 years of experience driving enterprise execution, governance, and program portfolio delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. She currently serves as Director of Finance & Investments for the Christian Methodist Episcopal (CME) Church, where she supports enterprise-wide operations and, as part of the Program Development Office (PDO) team, advances strategic initiatives impacting more than 2,000 churches.
She brings expertise in financial management, operational systems, and organizational strategy within mission-driven institutions. She is known for aligning executive leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-priority initiatives with discipline, transparency, and measurable results. She also manages CMETV, the audiovisual company owned by the CME Church, which supports audio and video production for connectional events.
CheRhonda has demonstrated experience strengthening governance structures, improving financial and operational controls, and generating cost efficiencies through strategic vendor management and process redesign. Her leadership centers on building scalable systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting sustainable growth in complex organizational environments. In addition to her executive leadership, she brings prior experience in retail management and real estate, with a focus on new construction projects.
She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management from Spalding University, is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems and Enterprise Resource Management.
CheRhonda serves as Treasurer of Friendship Press, Inc., the publishing arm of the National Council of Churches, and is a member of the Black Tourism Advisory Council for the City of Louisville, Kentucky.
She is married to Marreo Greenlee and is the proud mother of three adult children, Brett Jr., CheMarra, and Million, and grandmother to JaKobi, Mia, JaKari, and King. She is passionate about leveraging strategy, technology, and ethical leadership to advance the long-term success of mission-driven organizations. Drawing on the principle of Habakkuk 2:2, she specializes in translating vision into clear strategy and driving implementation with structure, accountability, and results.
