Bishop Robert E. Martin Jr. brings more than two decades of executive leadership, institutional advancement, and faith-community mobilization to the Faith & Philanthropy Collective. A Bishop, pastor, and leadership consultant with a proven record of building organizational capacity across one of the nation’s largest Pentecostal bodies, Bishop Martin represents both the theological depth and strategic infrastructure that define F&PC’s mission.

As Chief of Staff for Auxiliaries & Departments at Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. (PAW, Inc.) — a global fellowship serving 1.5 million members worldwide — Bishop Martin led advancement initiatives that spanned donor cultivation, major fundraising campaigns, and executive-level strategic planning. He also served as the International Executive Director of Convention Programming & Management for PAW, Inc., directing large-scale engagement efforts and communications across a diverse, multinational stakeholder base.

As Senior Pastor of Zion Temple Church in Denver, Colorado, Bishop Martin provided visionary leadership that grew both membership and community impact. He led capital campaigns, annual giving initiatives, and cultivated long-standing partnerships with donors, board members, and civic organizations. His commitment to community investment is further reflected in his board leadership with the Denver Metro Fair Housing Center, former service on the Cherry Creek Schools Foundation Board, and active engagement with the Impact East Colfax Aurora Steering Committee and the Urban Land Conservancy.

Bishop Martin is also the founder of Transformational Solutions, a leadership development and consulting practice focused on organizational advancement and capacity building. A Certified Life Coach through the Strategic People Development Organization, he has facilitated leadership seminars, community impact programs, and revival engagements across multiple states.

Bishop Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Aenon Bible College and is currently pursuing a master’s degree. He and his wife, Kim N. Martin, have been married for 33 years and are the proud parents of Isaiah and Akilah.
